Join us for an 8-week journey of joy filled music and movement designed for children aged 0–5 and their favourite grown-up. Whether it’s a gentle chirp or a mighty roar, we encourage every body to sing, move, and express with confidence.
Our sessions focus on connection and creativity, exploring a new theme each week in a space where children are free to express themselves exactly as they are.
This pass secures a spot for you and your child/children for the full 8-week term.
Please select either a single child or family pass (2+ children) when purchasing.
When: Tuesdays, 10:15am – 11:00am
Dates: 28 July – 15 September 2026
Where: Inner Health Studio at Organic Feast, East Maitland
Duration: 45 minutes of purposeful play
Children: Children aged 0 to 5 welcome. Infants up to 10 months admitted free with paying sibling.
