CLASS DETAILS

Classes run for 30 minutes, designed to suit children’s attention spans and energy levels.
We are resourced for a maximum of 20 children per session, not including educators who are participating.
Educators remain present and actively participate in the music circle, maintaining ratios and supporting engagement. Sessions work best as a shared, collaborative experience.
A clear, open space is needed for safe movement. Please move room resources aside before the session so we can start on time.
Approximately 40 - 45 minutes, including 5–10 minutes for setup and pack‑up. Please have children ready at the scheduled start time, as sessions run to a timetable and late starts may shorten the session and have a flow-on effect for other groups.

If a facilitator is unwell or unable to attend, we will let the centre know as early as possible and make plans to reschedule. If this isn’t possible, we will work together to find a suitable alternative.
Cancellations from the centre require notice by the day prior to the scheduled session in order to reschedule. Sessions cancelled on the day of delivery may be forfeited. We are always happy to reschedule where adequate notice is provided.
Please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to decide whether a session should be postponed or rescheduled, prioritising the wellbeing of children and staff.
If an active outbreak is identified on arrival that was not communicated in advance, we reserve the right to end the session at any time. In this case, the session will be forfeited and is not eligible for rescheduling.

Invoices are issued by our admin team. Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. Outstanding invoices must be finalised before new sessions for following terms can be confirmed.
